Google API Limited Use Disclosure

Gsheet Invoicer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Our application specifically uses Google Workspace APIs to enhance your invoicing workflow. Our use of Google user data is limited to the following:

Gmail (gmail.send): We only use this scope to allow you to send generated invoices directly to your clients via your own Gmail account with a single click. We do not read, store, or share your emails.
Google Sheets: To create and manage your invoice spreadsheet in your Google Drive.
Google Drive: To save generated PDF invoices and business logos to a dedicated folder.

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our service:

Google Account Email: Used for authentication and account identification during your session.
Usage Data: We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization to improve our service.
We do NOT store: Your business data, customer details, Google passwords, or the contents of your Google Drive files on our servers. All business data resides exclusively in your Google Account.

3. Data Storage & Retention

Gsheet Invoicer is designed with a privacy-first architecture:

No Server Storage: Your invoices, customers, and business data are never stored on our servers.
Your Google Account: All data is stored directly in your own Google Sheets and Google Drive.
Session-Only Access: We only access your data during your active session to display and manage invoices.

4. Security

We use Google OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication. We never see or store your Google password. All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.

5. Third-Party Services

Google APIs: For Sheets, Drive, and Gmail integration. Google's Privacy Policy.
Stripe: For payment processing. We do not store your payment information. Stripe's Privacy Policy.

6. Your Rights
